Soldier Field

On July 9, 1995, ten years ago today, the greatest American band of all time played their last show at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL. The Grateful Dead closed out the show with Box of Rain, and it's last line says it all:

"Such a long long time to be gone, and a short time to be there."
