Reform in Fat Tony's Party

If you were a criminal, and the justice department was investigating a confessed felon and his financial dealings with you, and you were forced to step down from your leadership post, what's the next best place you'd want to be? How about being in charge of money and justice?

Yeah, that's the ticket. That's how the mafia would do it.

But would the mafia be blatant enough to rent an apartment from a lobbyist? No, I don't think so. That takes a certain kind of criminal smugness. A smugness that says, "Sure my name is Boner and I promised reform, but we all need a place to sleep, right?"
